If you’re a fan of bold and spicy dishes, the Kathiyawadi specialties are a must-try—especially the Lasaniya Bataka and Baigan Bharta. Both were perfectly spiced and packed with rich, traditional flavors. The ambiance is warm and welcoming, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. Service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and quick. If you’re traveling on the Mumbai-Delhi Highway (NH48) near Surat, this is the perfect stop for foodies looking for tasty and authentic flavours. Hotel Chamunda is a newly opened restaurant, just three months old, but it has already made a great impression. If they continue to maintain the same level of service and food quality, this place is sure to gain big popularity in the Palsana area. After trying 3-4 restaurants in this locality, I can confidently say that this one stands out, and I would recommend it as the top choice for dining. The restaurant is very hygienic, with a well-maintained and clean environment, making the dining experience even better. The food was delicious, and the pricing was quite reasonable. For a group of six people, our total bill was just ₹1,480, and we even received a 10% discount coupon for our next visit. The overall experience was excellent, and I would definitely visit again.

What an extravanza experience at chamunda hotel, it was an absolute treat !! The rooms are huge as compared to Executive stays. The food is finger-lickin-Good and has an amazing blend of mocktails to make us fall in love with the food again 🥰
